• Collaborative music project between Washington School of Music, the Experience Music Live Project (emp), KEXP Radio Station (KEXP Higgins feature) and local high/primary schools in the Seattle area.

Musician in Residence, Christchurch, New Zealand, (January 2002)

• Working alongside the Christchurch School of Music this project established an ongoing drum ensemble with an overall aim of widening the schools participation policy. csm

• On the invitation of the Scandinavian Music Educators Network I presented a collaborative project and performance that involved carnival drumming and new technology.

• Working alongside the University of Durban, Westville, drum makers and  classroom teachers this Project set out to establish and promoter community music opportunities and employment for local musicians.   (Award: ₤4000)
